Family the Hub has discovered that the Ancestry master tree doesn't β add them there, then tap β. Keeps both homes of the tree in step.
π Your admin link is your badge. Keep it private β don't post it in the GroupMe. Historians have the elder link; Christopher holds the super admin link. Both unlock this panel. If a link leaks, tell Christopher and he'll rotate it.
π The family code (on the welcome table & pinned in GroupMe) is different β that one is meant to be shared with all family. It only opens the Graham Hub, never this admin panel.
π³ Family entries waiting: people who added themselves with an unsure connection. β Confirm once you recognize how they fit; β Remove anything that doesn't belong. Confirming gives them the green β the family sees.
π‘ Suggested fixes: family can't edit each other's profiles β they send you suggestions instead. Tap βοΈ Edit to jump straight to that person (you'll be in admin mode on the Hub β use "π Edit as admin" on their card), make the fix, come back and tap β Done.
ππΎ "I forgot my PIN": find them under Members, tap Unclaim β their profile resets to open, they claim it again with a new PIN. Nothing else is lost.
πΈ Photos waiting: nothing shows on the family wall until you approve it. Tag the people in each photo (π·) so faces get names; flag "Who's this?" to ask the family for help identifying someone.
π New-person alerts text Christopher automatically within ~5 minutes of anyone joining the tree.
